Vinification: Fermentation on skins for 8 days in steel tanks at controlled temperature (25°) practicing with care, replacements and delestage.

Ageing: Aged in steel and in bottle.

Color: Intense ruby red

Gusto: Elegant, round with a spicy finish. 12,50% vol

Winery is designed to enhance the work in the vineyard in compliance with the Tuscan production disciplinary adopting the most advanced wine practices and bring out the value of people who work in the company.

The wines produced are guaranteed by the highest quality standards, certified BRC – IFS as recognition of the high level that follows each stage of processing. Etrusca shares organic farming having obtained bioagricert certifications.
